On Sunday the 21st of December 2008 at 1.00pm, Eastern Suburbs 4wd Club and West Coast 4x4 Incorporated signed up track adoptions for either end of the Mundaring Powerlines.

Present were delegates from DEC the WA 4wd Association and Track Care WA whom also signed off with the support of the current MOU.

These two adoptions are set for 12 months and will be reviewed early in 2010.

The purpose of these two adoptions is to attempt to keep each end of the Powerline track open for responsible recreational use for all user groups. Other groups can assist Eastern Suburbs 4wd Club and West Coast 4x4 Incorporated by simply following the 4wdrivers 'code on conduct'. Other recreational groups will have a similar 'code of conduct'.

We trust that all users continue to enjoy this track for 2009 whilst these two 4wd clubs do their best to do the things to help keep it open for all of us.
